Activist Avi Yemini has won the case against the anonymous PRGuy17, as per the Daily Mail.
The recent news suggests that a judge has ordered Twitter to provide PRGuy17’s personal data, which has been blamed for planned defamation.
Twitter will be given the 14 days ultimatum to hand over the details to Yemini. He has requested the real name and email used during registration.
As per the sources, @PRGuy17 Twitter was set up in March 2020, during the peak of the pandemic. It used the Simpsons Troy McClure as its profile.
The account had been posting extreme content supporting the Victorian premier, Daniel Andrews. It attempted to get pro-labor messages trending on the site.
The account had amassed a total of 77,000 followers yielding followers day by day. However, it has been blocked after defamatory claims were made against the account. Now, Yemini is eager to reveal the face behind the controversial account.
Avi Yemini Was Charged With Assaulting His Ex-Wife
Right activist Avi Yemini’s former partner had detailed that she face traumas due to his assault. The news was a big issue in the year 2019.
His ex-wife, Sarah Lyford had stated that Yemini had thrown a chopping board at her. She says the incident made a long-lasting impact on her.
According to the Herald Sun, the activist had also sent explicit texts where he called Ms. Lyford a “P. O. S” and a “c***”.
