A man from Southwest Farms, Florida, took shots at two Instacart drivers after they drove onto his property unintentionally while conveying a request. Nobody was harmed in the occurrence on April 15, the police said. Southwest Farms is a town found 30 miles northwest of Miami.

Who is Antonio Caccavale? Antonio Caccavale is a 43-year-elderly person from Southwest Farms. He told the Dave Police Office that he saw the vehicle illegal entering his property, and he requested that his child proceed to advise them to leave. While moving toward them, his child called for help and he then, at that point, went for the vehicle with a weapon.

Caccavale purportedly observed that the vehicle was being driven “inconsistently”. He said that the drivers ran over logs, rocks, and a wall on the property. The police report expresses that he dreaded for his and his child’s wellbeing, particularly after the vehicle purportedly likewise ran over his child’s foot. He chose to then take out his Smith and Wesson handgun and fire a few rounds at the vehicle.

The drivers of the vehicle were distinguished as Waldes Thomas Jr., 19, and Jewel D’arville, 20. They were on the telephone with a client attempting to find the right location when they erroneously entered Caccavale’s property.

They let the police know that they “endeavored to invert out of the area” when they hit a stone. They asserted that Caccavale took hold of the driver’s window at a certain point. As they were leaving the region, they said they heard three rounds of terminating.

Police chose not to document any charges as “each party seem legitimized in their activities in view of the conditions they saw.”

Broward Province State Lawyer Harold Pryor told ABC News, “I reached the Davie Police Office to demand a full examination”, and added that his examiners will choose if charges ought to be recorded or not.

“The security of the whole Instacart people group is unimaginably vital to us, and we make a quick move when we get reports of viciousness or dangers of savagery made against any individual from the Instacart people group,” Instacart said in a proclamation to a similar outlet.
