Anthony’s wife was misappropriating investor funds with the help of Maliver, her financial services company. Melissa disappeared on November 12, 2020, from Dover Heights, South Wales, Australia. Three months later, her foot washed up on an NSW beach.

Police are seeking an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) against Anthony Koletti to protect Isabella Allen. She is leading the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) into Melissa’s case, reports Daily Mail.
Anthony got hit with a restraining order for the ASIC investigator, and the application got filed on Tuesday. The case will be heard on February 23 before Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court.
There is no provisional order made at this point and further charges will soon be released.
