He was arrested on a violent allegation Sunday in Las Vegas after being accused of harming someone at a nightclub on the eve of the Pro Bowl.
After appearing in the NFC Pro Bowl and catching four passes for 23 yards for the NFC, Kamara was taken into custody.
Likewise, he has been charged with battery causing serious bodily harm and is being held at the Clark Detention Center.
Kamara remained in jail till Sunday evening in the same manner. According to a jail official, his bond has been set at $5,000, and he will appear in court on Monday afternoon.
Police in Las Vegas said they were sent to a hospital on Saturday after someone claimed a battery at a nightclub.
Moreover, the police added, the victim was allegedly battered by Kamara. A request for comment from the Saints and Kamara’s agency was not immediately returned.
