Ali Lowitzer is a girl from Texas who has been missing for 11 years. She was just 16 years old when she was declared missing. Her parents are still searching for her to this day.
When Ali went missing, social media was only in its infancy. In recent years, JoAnn has found it much simpler to spread the news about her daughter.
