A Ukrainian sailor got detained in Mallorca on accusations of attempting to drown a yacht owned by Alexander Mikheev, former chairman of the Russian helicopter federation.
According to him, he was forced to act after seeing footage of a Russian rocket attack on a block of flats in Kyiv. He told the judge that he thought Mikheev’s company manufactured the missile.
