Union Country Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Santos Alejandro Valladares on the 6th of October 2021 (Wednesday) for his obscene behavior with students online.
According to investigators, he was charged with two counts of disseminating obscenities and three counts of disseminating obscenities to a minor.
Valladares’s arrest was the result of an extensive investigation conducted by the UCSO with the assistance of the Union Country Public Schools administration.

Alejandro Valladares is a former Weddington High School teacher. He got arrested for his obscene behavior with students online.
As per UCPS personnel, he was maintaining improper communication with students online.
He is currently 28 years old and as per the UCPS, Valladares has worked for the school system since 2017. But, the former Weddington teacher has been on administrative leave since September 28.

The former Weddington High School teacher Alejandro Valladares was arrested for participating in offensive online behavior with pupils.
He started and kept in touch with numerous students at the school via Snapchat, according to police. It has been known, he developed and exchanged pornographic content throughout the discussions.
In that case, Sheriff Cathey stated that his investigators, as well as UCPS administrative personnel, worked together to locate and apprehend a criminal who attempted to exploit the community’s youngsters. In addition, the team will maintain vigilance in its attempts to prevent sexual exploitation.
Furthermore, he advises parents to talk to their children and teens about the dangers of social media apps and to keep an eye on their accounts to protect their safety.
