Agnieszka Kalinowska is the mother of 15-year-old Sebastian Kalinowski. The child died last year in August from alleged injuries that had gone untreated and caused by the torture and abuse at home.
The court heard several arguments about the abuse the victim Sebastian Kalinowsi suffered from his mother, Agnieszka Kalinowska, and her partner Andrzej Latoszews’ hands.
There were several footages that showed how cruelly and inhumanely they treated him. But the alleged still denies the allegations of murdering him and instead pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Agnieszka Kalinowska is the mother of late Sebastian Kalinowski. The 15 years old, the teenager was subjected to a series of escalating “punishments” for supposed bad behavior behind closed doors.
According to BBC, he died at his home in Huddersfield in August due to untreated rib fractures. On his death day, emergency services were called after he had been unconscious for almost two and a half hours.
Kalinowska’s long-term partner, Andrzej Latoszews, discovered the kid in the bath while his head was underwater, implying that he had drowned.
However, the prosecutors in the court argued that he made “limited efforts” to do CPR. Still, before rescuers arrived, he was caught on tape allegedly attempting to pour water into Sebastian’s mouth before blowing into it.
The teenager arrived in the UK from Poland in October 2020, and Kalinowska seemed delighted at the prospect of initially reuniting with her son.
But after some time, she and her partner began to regard him as a hindrance and began administering cruel disciplinary methods for minor issues. And over time, these grew increasingly intense and brutal, causing his tragic death.

Sebastian Kalinowski’s mother, Agnieszka Kalinowska, was arrested for allegedly murdering him. He had come to the UK from Poland in 2020. Previously, he used to live with his biological father.
Firstly, his mother was welcoming, but after some time, a dark side of her was revealed. After his death, the authorities discovered that he had several injuries, including open sores in his but**ks and multiple rib fractures that had gone untreated.
He went to a school run by the North Huddersfield Trust. His mother and stepfather felt he deserved to be punished for lying and skipping school, whereas others in school described him as a model pupil.
When the couple left their teen at home as a punishment, they placed CCTV cameras in their home to keep an eye on him. As a result, the prosecutors showed a video of multiple events where Sebastian was allegedly beaten up to the jury.
His mother punched him in the face after he was repeatedly hit with a slipper, and the stepfather would use him as a human punching bag, as mentioned in ITV.
