Adam Garcia Net Worth $3 Million

Adam was born into a family of mixed descent, as his father is Columbian. His interest in acting resulted in him leaving university so he could take a role in the musical “Hot Shoe Shuffle“.The show toured around Australia and then transferred to London, England. There, Garcia stayed on, to act in West End musicals such as its version of “Grease“ and the stage version of “Saturday Night Fever“ in which he portrayed the main character Tony Manero, for which Adam made a cover version of the Bee Gees song “Night Fever“ which reached no.15 in the UK singles chart in 1998, and his performance which brought him an Olivier Award nomination. His net worth was now well set.

Adam’s transition to film started in 1997 with the role of Jones in “Wilde“, a biographical movie about writer Oscar Wilde. He then went on to appear in movies such as “Coyote Ugly“, “Bootmen & Riding In Cars With Boys“ and “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen“ in which he portrayed the role of Stu Wolf, a rock star. In the 2005 Christmas special of the British science fiction TV series “Doctor Who“, he played the role of Alex Klein.

Garcia helped in producing the 2002 workshop edition of the musical “Wicked“, and as the show gained success, Adam got to play the role of Fiyero. In 2008 he appeared in ITV dramas “Britannia High“ and “Mr Eleven“, and two years later in the reality show “Got To Dance“ in which he demonstrated his dancing skills. Quote
1 (On his Idols) “For me Johnny Depp and Paul Newman. Their choices and their non-conformity attract and inspire me..”
2 (On theatre) “It is such an education. The process of rehearsal means you learn so much and really get the chance to develop your work on a character. You can cover so many facets – try things out. For example, by the second week Tyler was different – he was much more level, and slightly standoffish He became more still, watching people. And he stood up for himself more. And night after night you find out more about the character, and get the chance to try things. In films there is never that time to really develop a role. You can get halfway through and think: “Oh, that’s what I am about!”
3 (On fans) “More odd than daunting. And worship is possibly too strong a word or perhaps I am a little afraid to acknowledge that. It is also very flattering & pleasing..”
4 (On Stage mistakes) “During Saturday Night Fever at the end of the first act dance number I tried to perform a split-jump, only I can’t do them so I ended up on my ass followed by the most unsightly backward roll out of it, followed by the cast falling over in laughter and a good portion of the audience too..”
