Who exactly is Anfisa Arkhipchenko?
Anfisa Arkhipchenko was born on the 4th of September 1995 in Russia to parents who are of Russian heritage. Most of her early childhood was spent in the capital of the country, Moscow. It was there she also had her high school education.
There is not a lot about her childhood or her life prior to fame that is known by the public as this is an area rarely spoken about by Anfisa.

In 2016, Anfisa Arkhipchenko was part of a cast of five couples who were part of the TLC reality television show 90 day Fiancé. The show focuses on couples where one of the pair has a K-1 visa that allows the couple to be together in America for a short while until the visa expires and the other has to return to their home country. The producers of the show then give each couple ninety days to prepare for their wedding which must happen before the ninety days elapses.
The show is set-up in a way that it is produced close to the visa expiration date of the foreign half of the couple, which then adds a pinch of urgency to their plans and need to immediately tie the knot. The marriage of the American citizen to the foreigner helps in the extension of their stay in the country.
90 day Fiancé has lasted for up to six seasons and has been widely received by a large audience. The fourth season which features Anfisa Arkhipchenko was watched by more than 2 million people. It also appears that the lady, who is the foreign half of the couple, and her man Jorge Nava were the most problematic of the five couples on the show that season.
Anfisa Arkhipchenko managed to get on this show after she met Jorge Nava on Facebook. Nava had sent her a private message on the social network after he had seen her pictures. The two chatted for a while, after which Jorge made propositions of meeting Anfasa, which was first met with some resistance but she eventually agreed to meet with him. Their first meeting was spent touring Europe together and getting to learn more about one another, the tour of the continent was paid for solely by Nava.
From the events that transpired on the show, it is clear that the relationship that exists between Arkhipchenko and Nava is transactional in nature. A fact that both of them have stated a number of times. Arkhipchenko has stated that Nava is only with her because of her looks and she is with him for his money. An arrangement she is fine with as long as he keeps paying the bills.
Their wedding ceremony was in a courthouse and was a simple event much to the dismay of Arkhipchenko’s and Nava’s family, compounded by his refusal to give her ring. The relationship that these two have is very tumultuous and full of rifts, as on many occasions she has tried to return to her home country. For a while, the two of them lived in a hotel because Nava could not rent an apartment due to his pleading guilty to a felony.
Currently, the couple is separated but still married. The separation has been driven further by Nava’s incarceration. Nava has been sentenced to two and half years in prison for the possession of marijuana, a sentence that Arkhipchenko has described as too strict for the transportation of 293 pounds of marijuana which is what Nava is guilty of.
