They are a blend of classical Ponte ballet technique, hip-hop, and a variety of other dance styles. The group is based out of the Chicago Multicultural Dance Center.

Parker is a Chicago-based performer and model. She began training at the Chicago Multicultural Dance Center when she was three years old. She is also a primarily trained dancer.
Franklin was also a dancer with the Washington Wizard Girls in the NBA for a while. She joined the Hiplet Ballerinas in 2017. She has previously performed at Paris Fashion Week and on the TV show ‘Empire‘.
Allison Harsh was born and raised in Omaha. For two years, she was a member of the Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey. In 2019, she joined Hiplet Ballerinas
Similarly, Towe studied at the Chicago Multicultural Dance Center with a bachelor’s degree in dance. She became a member of Hiplet Ballerinas in 2020.
Edward is also a University of Missouri Kansas City graduate. Ballet, contemporary, jazz, and tap are just a few of the dance forms she knows well.
