Are Rocky Hardie And Guy Reffitt Guilty?
According to various news and articles on the internet, Guy Reffitt has reportedly been found guilty; however, Rocky Hardie is not.
Reffitt is an oil-field worker and the father of three who got indicted for five counts as he participated in the 6th January 2021 riot.
Hardie says he and Reffitt began Jan. 6 by reassembling their AR-15s in their hotel room.

Moreover, according to CBS News, Reffitt will face a maximum of 60 years in prison while his sentencing is set for the 8th of June as he was found guilty for all five counts relating to the 6th of January, 2021 riot.

Rocky Hardie also confessed that he traveled to Washington with Reffitt in a car containing weapons and ammunition, and he also had a pistol and zip ties during the riot. Moreover, he got charged with obstruction of justice, illegally entering the Capitol complex, and more.
