Noi Phommasak was born and raised in the Minnesota state of the USA. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phommasak, are of Asian descent who immigrated to the United States in the 90s. So, Noi’s ethnicity is Asian-American.
Regarding Phommasak graduated with high honors and received a Manicurist license at the Minnesota School of Cosmetology in 2007. She then earned a Bachelor in Semester in Paris program at Arcadia University in 2010.
