After that, Max was taped to his seat with the help of a fellow passenger as he was being dramatic, and was causing chaos in the flight.
The flight was already in the air, it was not possible to return, so Max was taped using duck tape and was handed over to the Miami-Dade Police department.
There was some video taken at the scene by some of the passengers, and the video went viral over Facebook and other social media.
