Whitney Eve Port (born March 4, 1985) is an American television personality, fashion designer, and author who has appeared on a variety of television shows. Growing up in Los Angeles, she attended Crossroads School in Santa Monica, California, where she graduated with honours in 1997. When Port was cast as a character in the reality television series The Hills, which followed the personal and professional lives of Port and her friends Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, and Audrina Patridge, she rose to national fame. Her involvement with Teen Vogue and Kelly Cutrone’s People’s Revolution continued throughout the filming of the film. As soon as she arrived in New York City in 2008 to begin working for Diane von Fürstenberg, Port was offered the opportunity to appear in her own spin-off series The City, which initially chronicled the lives of Port and her friends Jay Lyon and Olivia Palermo, as well as Adam Senn. This television series was terminated in 2010 after two seasons of broadcasting due to a number of casting changes and low viewership numbers. “Whitney Eve” is the name of Port’s fashion brand, which she debuted in 2009. In 2012, she was a judge on the eighth season of Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model, which aired on ITV.
