Hallmark Channel’s newest Christmas original, Three Wise Men and a Baby, was filmed in British Columbia, Canada.
With the holiday season kicking in, Hallmark Channel is back with its holiday-themed feel-good flicks and the fans can’t seem to keep calm about the channel’s Countdown to Christmas lineup for this year.
A part of Hallmark’s 2022 countdown lineup, Three Wise Men and a Baby, is premiering on Saturday November 19, on the channel.
Countdown to Christmas has become a pop culture phenomenon and a holiday tradition among its millions of viewers. The channel has 40 films lined up for this year’s Countdown, released from October throughout the year.

Filmed mostly in British Columbia, the movie follows three brothers, Luke, Stephan, and Taylor, who are in for a surprise when they find themselves forced to care for a baby during the holidays.
Written by Paul Campbell & Kimberley Sustad, the movie stars Andrew Taylor(luke), Paul Campbell( Stephan), and Tyler Hynes(Taylor) as three brothers alongside actress Margaret Colin who plays the role of Barbara.
Hallmarks leading men were well acquainted with each other before starring in the film and were excited to work together. These men had made small appearances in each other’s films beforehand.
“The environment that we had on set because we all know each other because we’re so comfortable, we’re such fans of each other as artists and as human beings, it makes the efficiency and the collaboration of these moments for these characters that much more enjoyable and I think that much more fruitful,” Hynes said when he sat with Southern living.
Not only on screen, but the actor’s bonding was phenomenal off-screen as well. There was never a day on the set when the actors didn’t have lunch together. They even chose to spend time in between shooting.
Campbell said,” I think you can see it, the way that we relate on camera is very reflective of how we are off camera. What a gift that we actually like each other. And we get along as well as we do,” to which Walker added “ And I can still say that now. Surprisingly.”
Fans can’t wait to watch their favorite hallmark men in a single film fawning over a baby.

The movie begins with Luke Brenner, an American hero firefighter, and a fitness freak, finding a baby on his firehouse doorstep with a note asking him to take care of the baby until Christmas.
Luke, then, decides to take the baby home rather than call for social services over the holidays. But his mother has left town to care for his sister. So Luke ropes in his brothers to take care of the baby.
The Canadian actor is known for Steel Toes (2007), The Torturer (2008), and Are You Afraid of the Dark? (1990). He is married to Cassandra Troy and shares a child with her.
Paul Campbell as Stephan
Battlestar Galactica actor Paul Campbell in Three Wise Men and a Baby plays one of the Brenner brothers.
His character Stephan is a pet therapist and suffers from social anxiety. Stephan helps his brother Luke care for the unknown child brought home over Christmas.
Paul was born on June 22, 1979, to Karen (mother) and Bruce Campbell (father) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
