Rory Angelotta Is Missing: Is He Alive Or Dead?
So far, no information about Rory Angelotta’s death has surfaced. The investigation hasn’t come to an end yet.
According to his pass last scanned, Angelotaa left for the Comstock Lift around 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
As shown in the sheriff’s office, an emergency ping on his phone revealed a short call made from the Northstar area at 11:25 a.m.
He was meant to have supper with friends later on Saturday evening, but he never showed up. His car was still parked in the lot, and all of his phone calls went to voicemail.
Furthermore, according to the sheriff’s office, there was a significant time gap between his absence at dinner and the notification of deputies.
Searches for him have turned up nothing, including no trails or evidence of where he might have gone.
Angelotta, while new to the area, is an experienced skier who was suspected of having avalanche equipment on him. Rescuers spent much of Sunday looking for him on his snowmobile.
Moreover, the skier’s disappearance coincides with the continuation of a big snowstorm in the Sierra until Monday.
