Peter Skully: Here is what we know about the Full Story Timeline
Scully is accused of running a profitable international child sexual abuse ring out of Mindanao, selling pay-per-view video streams of children being sexually assaulted and tormented on the dark web.
A five-year-old girl who was raped and tormented by Scully and two female accomplices was among the victims whose ordeals were recorded and sold on the Internet.
The Dutch National Child Exploitation Team was the first to launch an inquiry to track down the victims. An international search for individuals responsible for the video’s creation was initiated as a result.
On February 20, 2015, Scully was apprehended in Malaybalay City, Philippines. Investigators issued six warrants for his arrest, all about the abduction and sexual assault of the two cousins. In addition, investigators tracked down the three principal victims in Daisy’s Destruction while searching for Scully in the Philippines.
Then, Liza was discovered alive, as was Daisy, who had sustained bodily damage due to her harsh treatment. According to Margallo, Scully recorded himself in a video with Cindy, in which he allegedly raped and tortured her, then made her dig her own grave before strangling her with a rope.
