The person is identified as Michelet Louis, the family has acknowledged the claim of the authorities as well. Louis had recently performed surgery on his back, he was unusually complaining about his pain.
Louis had come with the intention to kill Dr. Philips who was a specialist in terms of surgery, as he had several years of experience in the field. He was well-versed in the field of spine disorders, joint reconstruction, and surgical procedures.

Edith Lubin is the suspect’s wife, authorities were not able to reach out to confirm about the suspect, Michelet Louis. He was responsible for gunning down doctors and medical staff at the medical center of Tusla.
Unfortunately, information about her is limited, but she seems to be bewildered and shocked by the actions of her husband, it does not seem like she was aware of his actions.
Regardless, after not adhering to Michelet’s plea by the doctor Philips, he had the intention to kill the doctor as he purchased an assault rifle and a handgun in a small timeframe after his plea was ignored.

Likewise, she found out the information about her uncle who had recently killed Dr. Preston Philips, Dr. Stephanie Husen, receptionist Amanda Glenn and patient William Love. She was finding it hard to believe the circumstances that have just occurred in the medical center.
The investigation revealed that Michelet Louis had bought an AR-15 style rifle at 2 p.m on the same day after complaining about his back pain and seeking additional assistance in his surgery.
Likewise, he also purchased a 40-caliber semi-automatic handgun from the pawnshop. He had the full intention to kill the doctor as his note explained his motive behind the attack on the second floor of Natalie Medical Building, near St. Francis Hospital.

Edith Lubin is a 45-year-old troubled man, he might not have been mentally stable due to issues with his pain. Communities are having a hard time, making sense of the event that have been caused by him.
Consequently, his family has evacuated from the home after the aftermath of Edith’s actions. His motive behind the attack has not been revealed by the authorities but it is confirmed to be his note before he killed himself.
