South African singer-actress Kelly Khumalo, the ex-girlfriend of later footballer Senzo Meyiwa, is not in jail as she did not get charged with murder.
Kelly is a part of one of the most controversial cases murder trials as she was his girlfriend and was with him at the time of his murder.
The authorities tried to charge her with the massacre with the five other perpetrators but got denied.
