Jamison Bachman is a serial squatter who ended up killing his brother. He would move into a room and cause trouble when it comes to paying rent.
The first incident reported under him was when he came across Arleen Hairbaedian, a Queens, New York resident, in 2005. Jamison first began with friendship which would then develop into an inmate relationship.
He rented a room in her apartment, and when it was time to pay rent, he would refuse to pay. When she complained to cops, he would make his own story that Arleen was targetting him with a knife. Arleen was forced to leave and relocate herself to be free from Jamison.
After the incident, such incidents had taken place several times.
Where Is Jed Creek Now?
In 2017, a 31-year-old woman named Alex Miller advertised her spare bedroom on Craigslist, and two weeks later, a man named Jed Creek contacted her for the room. She, later on, found that the man was Jamison Bachman.
Creek told her that he was a lawyer and wanted the room as his family is sick and needs to take care of them. Upon agreeing, Jade signed a cheque of $800 and gave it to Miller.
The same type of incident started again when Jamison refused to pay the bills, and Alex even obtained a restraining order against him. But still, he refused to give up and continued to encroach on Alex’s property.
Finally, she reported it to the police, and he got arrested. Jamison was then bailed by his older brother Harry, who asked to live with him but his wife Caroline refused. Later that day, Jamison beat his brother to death.
Jed reportedly died in his cell on December 8, 2017.
