Anti-vaxxers have reportedly threatened Ernie Dingo’s life on social media for pushing the Covid-19 vaccination in Indigenous communities.
One person labeled the former presenter of the Great Outdoors a “traitor against your own people,” while another said he was “supporting genocide.”
The 65-year-old actor, according to Perth Now, has become a big talking topic in anti-vax internet forums, some of which have thousands of members.
While it’s unknown whether Dingo received any messages directly, the publication alleges that the groups have published ‘death threats and disgusting racial hatred’ directed at him.
