Andrew Bogut, a former NBA player, has made the most of his time in Melbourne’s lockdown by quietly selling his Concord home for $4.1 million.
Following his departure from the Sydney Kings and relocation to Melbourne in June of last year, Bogut and his wife Jessica marketed this refurbished Californian house.
Records reveal that the pair instead rented it out for $2350 per week when it failed to sell, but this week it was sold after Dib Chidiac, of his eponymous firm, received an off-market bid at a price higher than the $4 million recommendation.
The Bogut’s bought the virtually brand-new property next to Henley Park in 2018 for $3.5 million – cash alone – after they moved back to Australia from the United States where they had spent nearly 20 years playing basketball.
Where is Andrew Bogut moving to?
The 6675 square meter mansion is located in Mudgeeraba’s Jabiru estate and was purchased by the 213 cm tall Australian center and his wife Jessica. That is where the couple are moving to.
Does Andrew Bogut live in Australia?
