Journalist: Where Is AJ Colby Going Leaving Fox 8?
AJ Colby has announced he is leaving Fox 8, and he has yet to disclose if he is working for another station.
Meanwhile according to Meteorologist Dontae Jones on Fox 8 News’ Facebook page, Colby is starting a new chapter in his life.
Moreover, his employees have wished him luck in his new chapter, even though no clear information regarding where he is heading has been disclosed.
This isn’t the first time he’s gone off the air; however, it’s the first time he’ll be gone. He vanished in late 2018, only to reappearance five months later.
Consequently, we may extrapolate that Colby is trying something different in his life. According to the facts, Colby is not reprimanded, but he is leaving the station.

AJ Colby Illness And Health Update 2022
Some have hypothesized that Colby is leaving the station because of sickness, although this has yet to be confirmed.
The Journalist explained his extended absence, which had been cloaked in mystery, in his first television appearance. He stated that the original cause was minor carpal tunnel surgery on his hand.
Since then, Colby claims he’s experienced anxiety episodes on and off. Things were different this time, though.
He alluded that he had no idea what would happen to him. It was a long and winding road. He had started paying less and less attention to it.
Perhaps he was completely unaware that it was returning. After surgery, there was far too much time to contemplate, and as Colby indicated, the fear had been building for a long time.

AJ Colby hails from northern Ohio’s famed Snowbelt.
When AJ was only ten years old, he watched the damage caused by an EF5 tornado in Albion, Pennsylvania, in May 1985, and he had dreamed of being a meteorologist.
He acquired a lifetime interest with enthusiasm for and respect for the weather due to this encounter.
Colby earned a bachelor’s degree in “Arts and Sciences” from Ohio State University. André Bernier, a meteorologist for Fox 8, was a mentor to him during his high school and college years and afterward.
André Bernier steered AJ’s collegiate education toward the subjects and experiences he needed to understand the environment and anticipate severe weather.
