The Jonas Brothers are an American pop-rock band. Formed in 2005, they gained popularity from their appearances on the Disney Channel television network. They consist of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas.
They starred in the 2008 Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock and its 2010 sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. They also starred in their own Disney Channel series Jonas, which was rebranded as Jonas L.A. for its second season.
The band have released five albums: It’s About Time (2006), Jonas Brothers (2007), A Little Bit Longer (2008), Lines, Vines and Trying Times (2009), and Happiness Begins (2019).
In 2008, the group was nominated for the Best New Artist award at the 51st Grammy Awards and won the award for Breakthrough Artist at the American Music Awards.
Six years following their split, the group reunited with the release of “Sucker” on March 1, 2019. The song became the 34th song in history to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the Jonas Brothers’ first number-one single on the chart.
Where does the Jonas family live?
Nick and Priyanka went all-in on their marital home, shelling out $20 million for a sprawling estate in Encino.
The home is grand in every sense of the word, with a double-height entry hall with a wood-panelled ceiling, a glass-lined mezzanine that overlooks the entryway, and a living room with a floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace.
The couple worked together to join their aesthetics, and Nick told AD at the time that he felt “really lucky” that he had “found someone who was totally understanding and accepting of my preferences.” They still share the home.
Joe and Sophie ended up buying a mansion in Encino just three miles away, for $14.1 million.
The 15,000-square-foot property includes 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, with wood and stone materials lending an earthy, homey feel to the space.
Apparently, this isn’t their forever home, though—they listed the property for $16.75 million earlier this year. Knowing how the Jonas brothers roll, they’ll likely find a new place to call home soon enough.
Kevin built another home in New Jersey through his company, this time in Montville. The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom quintessential suburban mansion featured a dining room with a floor-to-ceiling, glass-enclosed wine display and a brick-lined man cave with a pool table.
He, Danielle, and their two young daughters lived there until he listed it for $2.48 million in 2018 and eventually sold it at a loss, for $2.25 million.
