Let’s find out more about the Adoptive parents and the missing update in 2022.
Where Are Stephen Kerr And Jocelyn McDonald Now?
Steven Kerr and Jocelyn McDonald moved out of Washington County and across state borders to Vermont four months after Jaliek went missing. But, we have no information about their current residence.
They have failed to cooperate with investigators and have not contacted once to inquire about the case.
Jaliek’s life with the Kerrs was anything but conventional; the family shared a single room when they lived in a remote part of New York with no running water and spotty electricity. This might have harmed Jaliek’s emotional health, leading to his lashing out at the family even more.
He did not receive treatment or medication for his emotional issues, and his parents claimed that at the time of his disappearance he was both suicidal and homicidal.
Jaliek left behind a note after he vanished. As an option, the Kerr family contends that Jaliek may have fled to live with an African-American family since he has always identified as black rather than biracial and has shown a desire to do so after being put with white families and feeling out of place.
