Scotty Maurice Pippen Sr. “Scottie Pippen” is an American former professional basketball player. Pippen was born on September 25, 1965, in Hamburg, Arkansas to Ethel (1924–2016) and Preston Pippen (1920–1990).
Pippen played 17 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA), winning six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls. Pippen played alongside the great Michael Jordan, to transform the Bulls into a championship team. The two also helped make the NBA very popular around the world during the 1990s.
Pippen has married twice. He first married the beautiful Karen McCollum in 1988 but divorced in 1990. He later married Larsa Younan in 1997, who later became a Real Housewives of Miami star. The couple has four children.
