Kristian Bomholt was a Danish skateboarder whose cause of death has been identified as cardiac arrest. He has won lots of championships for his country.
In the mid-1990s, Bomholt was sponsored by Lab Skate Shop and First Skateboards in Copenhagen, and in 2003 he took the next step toward a professional career by launching a pro model alongside his Spanish sponsor Nomads Skateboards and earning a spot on Blah Apparel’s worldwide squad.
In search of better skating prospects, Bomholt relocated to Copenhagen, and in the later years of his career, he traveled the world with Matix and DVS after becoming acquainted with American skateboarder Daewon Song.
Bomholt has competed in both Danish and international tournaments. He won an international tournament in Montpellier in 1998 and finished sixth at the European Championships in 1999. Unfortunately, he had a brief career due to his untimely death.

Vestbjerg, a town in Northern Jutland north of Aalborg, was where he was reared. He began skateboarding at the age of 14 after learning judo as a child and winning five Danish championships.
