Andrew Bennett, a former Gogglebox star, was arrested and sentenced to prison after a horrible s*x attack on a minor kid left him “in tears.”
The 47-year-old, who appeared in the Channel 4 show’s 12th series, ambushed the adolescent at a residence and assaulted him, leaving him ‘in tears’ and experiencing flashbacks.
He’d taken selfies with the adolescent before encircling him on a sofa and thrusting his hands down his trousers, giving him a hickey, and even luring him into a bedroom for a sexual encounter.

Bennett, of Sunderland, first disputed the accusations, claiming that his actions were caused by “slimming medicines.’

The adolescent informed the disgraced actor that he was a juvenile and requested him to ‘stop,’ but Bennett persisted in approaching him, according to the court.
Reportedly, the boy fled the residence “in tears” when Bennett asked if he wanted to go into a bedroom for a sexual relationship.

Bennett was detained as previously reported, and after DNA matched him to the teenage boy, he consented to one charge of enticing or urging a juvenile to consent to sexual behavior, as well as two offenses of sexual activity with a child.
Similarly, he was sentenced to 29 months in jail by Judge Tim Gittins, who also ordered him to join the sex offenders registry and follow a sexual harm minimization order for the next 10 years.

Besides, Glenn Gatland, the prosecutor, testified in court that the former Gogglebox star was drunk when he asked the youngster whether he and his girlfriend had had sex before slipping his hands down on his trousers.
