In the statement released by Eagle street partner on Justin Bickle’s obituary, the company wrote, “It is with deep regret we announce that our esteemed chairman, co-founder, and chief investment officer, Justin Bickle, recently passed away.”

Bickle was a very successful businessman and lawyer. He served in multiple companies and positions, including the managing director and founding member of Oaktree’s European Principal Group.
During in tenure at Oaktree, Justin managed around $6.9 billion of assets in the company. The fund was later used to launch Glenveagh (an Irish homebuilder company) with additional backing from Oaktree.
Glenveagh witnessed the impressive boom within a few years. In the first two years, the company raised euro 760 million from investors and sold 16% over the IPO targets.
