Thomas Christian Sadoski is a well-known American stage, film, and television actor. He was born on July 1, 1976, in New Haven, Connecticut, and reared in College Station, Texas.
He attended the University of North Texas for a short time before graduating from Circle in the Square Theatre School in 1998.
Sadoski began his career as an understudy for Mark Ruffalo and Mark Rosenthal in the play This is Our Youth, which led to a lengthy relationship with the New York theatre group.
He has been in a number of Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, including Neil LaBute’s Reasons to be Pretty, in which he played Greg and received multiple honors and nominations. Sadoski, according to LaBute, inspired him to experiment with his writing style.
Sadoski got an award for his performance as Trip Wyeth in Jon Robin Baitz’s Other Desert Cities in 2011. He has also been on Broadway with prominent performers such as Ben Stiller, Edie Falco, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Alison Pill in John Guare’s House of Blue Leaves.
Sadoski is most known for his roles as Don Keefer in The Newsroom and Matt Short in Life in Pieces, but his love of theatre remains strong, and he is a well-known personality in the business.
