Rowell got on to his knees while he popped the question to the 23-year-old on November 11, 2022. Tia obviously said yes, and shared a beautiful picture of her hugging her fiance on her Instagram account.
However, before Rowell got down to his knees to propose to Tia, he had already got a green flag from Larry. According to Daily Mail, the television personality revealed that Jauco asked for his permission before proposing to his little girl. Larry also thanked Rowell for being a bit old-fashioned and asking him for permission before actually getting onto his knees while speaking with Daily Mail.

Rowell Jauco is currently employed as a Multimedia Designer at Virtually Human Studio.
He has held the position since October 2021 and is responsible for producing creative designs for their multi-million dollar NFT project Zed Run. He has worked with big brands including Nascar, Budweiser, Stella Artois, and Atari among others so far.
Jauco also works as a freelancer for GMS Media Group, freelancing since September 2021. Furthermore, he is also the owner and creative director of his creative ad agency, TWENTY87. He founded the company back in 2014. Rowell has been an entrepreneur for most of his adult life.
However, before joining the limitless world of creative multi-media he worked in the hospitality industry. He started his career as a supervisor for Galaxy World Warringah Mall in 2008. He then worked as a head waiter for Casablanca Double Bay for three years from 2014 to 2017. He also had a part-time job as a floor supervisor for Flamingo Lounge Potts Point for 4 years from 2017 to 2021.
