Those units will be bought by different owners and jointly they will become the owner of the apartment. They will form a community and have general rules and regulations to be followed by everyone.

The owners of the apartment can either use their units for personal purposes or rent them to outsiders. In turn, they will be paid a fixed amount every month called rent which is a payment to their services. The outsiders renting the house will be called tenants and they are subjected to all those rules and regulations imposed by the community and restrict their freedom like painting, pinning nails, etc.

The rent of the apartment is quite cheap in comparison to the other options available. Also, the maintenance charges of the house are also cheaper and in some houses, it will be provided for free. Since there are a group of people living there, it could be quite social to live in apartments.
