Michael T. Strahan is an American television personality, journalist, and former professional American football player. Michael was born on November 21, 1971, to Louise Traylor Strahan, a basketball coach, and Gene Willie Strahan, a retired Army Major, and a boxer, in Houston, Texas, US.
During his playing days, Michael played all 15 seasons of his career with the New York Giants of the National Football League and holds the league-recognized single-season record for quarterback sacks. In 2007 he guided the Giants to win Super Bowl XLII over the New England Patriots in his final season.
After his NFL career, Michael decided to focus on becoming a media personality. Michael has already appeared as a football analyst on Fox NFL Sunday and later served as co-host of ABC’s Good Morning America as well as Live! with Kelly and Michael.
Michael has married twice. First was to Wanda Hutchins in 1992 and divorced in 1996 then Jean Muggli in 1999 and divorced in 2006.
