Almost every video posted about this trend says that the word Krowemoh means “child abuse” in Latin word. And relation to the meaning, people assumed homework is an indirect abuse of small kids. There are more than 13.3k videos made on this homework spelled backward on the Tiktok. Many Titokers made videos of it and are expressing their disappointment in the homework culture that almost every school across the world is still following in the name of productivity.
What Does Krowemoh Means?
According to the videos made on Tiktok, the trending word “Krowemoh” actually means “child abuse” in the Latin word. But most researchers denied its meaning. While searching in the Latin dictionary, there were no such words as Krowemoh available it is possible that some people just randomly made the meaning of it.
After the video trended on Tiktok, many people are claiming the word Krowemoh’s different meanings. One of the users under the name @mallorymac97 tweeted that Krowemoh means “I’d rather be fed to a pack of hungry lions than do this” on her account.

According to REUTERS, there were no relevant results for “krowemoh” in Logeion, an open database built at the University of Chicago that aggregates several Latin and Greek dictionaries.
However, people on Tiktok are not denying the fact that the word homework in any sense is child abuse to school kids. Some people are also claiming that homework was actually given to people in the form of punishment, and it adversely makes students more unproductive and lazy.
