Anthony Albanese was born to his father Carlo Albanese and mother Maryanne Ellery on March 2, 1963, at St Margaret’s Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
His mom was an Australian of Irish ancestry, and his dad came from the Southeastern Italian town of Barletta. On William Street in Darlinghurst, Anthony’s maternal grandpa George Ellery had a printing firm.
