Teri Hatcher is an American actress, writer, presenter, and former NFL cheerleader.
She studied acting at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco while taking a degree course in mathematics and engineering at De Anza College in Cupertino, California.
Hatcher got her first television role in the American romantic comedy-drama television series “The Love Boat” from September 1985 to May 1986 which she played Amy, one of the Mermaid showgirls.
After gaining global recognition through her role as Lois Lane in the 1993 ABC television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Hatcher has gone on to appear in more than 50 television shows and movies.
