Susan Boyle is a Scottish singer who gained international fame after appearing on the reality show “Britain’s Got Talent” in 2009.
Susan Boyle made a surprise appearance during Sunday’s 4 June 2023, grand final of “Britain’s Got Talent” performing alongside the West End cast of Les Misérables at the Eventim Apollo.
Following her performance, Boyle revealed to co-hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly that she suffered a minor stroke in April 2023, which left her doubtful over whether she could perform again.
Show boss Simon Cowell was also happy to see the singer back on the show once more. “I knew you weren’t well but if anyone was going to come back, you were going to come back,” he told her. “It wouldn’t be the same without you.”
Since her breakthrough on Britain’s Got Talent, Susan Boyle has continued her singing career. She has released several albums, including “I Dreamed a Dream,” which was the fastest-selling debut album in UK history at the time. She has also embarked on concert tours and performed in various venues around the world.
