Due to health issues, YapzOr has been inactive and will be taking a lengthy break from Dota 2 competition.
In the Dota 2 professional circuit since 2012, YapzOr has been prominent. He had, however, only ever played in Europe for lower-level or semi-professional teams up until the beginning of 2016.
In November 2016, he founded B)ears with FATA-, 343, Forev, and pub star Feero.
Similarly, the squad had no major victories to show despite finishing highly in qualification and just missing out on DAC 2017 and the Kiev Major.
Amid this, he frequently played Dota from an Amman cafe with a stack that contained Miracle- and Hooks before entering the professional scene.
What Happened To YapzOr? Dota 2 Streamer From Team Secret On A Break
On Monday (4 July), Team Secret revealed that Yazied “YapzOr” Jaradat, a star position 4 support from Jordan, will be taking a lengthy break from professional Dota 2 due to medical reasons and has been deemed inactive.
In the official statement, Secret acknowledged that this was “one of the hardest announcements we’ve had to make” and hoped YapzOr a speedy recovery while expressing their “hope for the best.”
The organization also commended Dota 2 creator Valve Software for permitting a roster change in the middle of the season in light of the circumstances.
Similarly, YapzOr’s departure from the Dota 2 competitive scene brings an end to his five-year association with the group. He joined several iterations of Team Secret starting in 2017.
Plus, he participated in a lot of international competitions while he was a member of Team Secret, winning high-place results in a good number of them.
Update On YapzOr Illness And Current Health- Is He Still Sick?
Due to health-related issues, the player YapzOr has halted his professional Dota 2 career.
No further information was provided by Team Secret or YapzOr on the incident, but given that Valve let the team change its lineup midway through the season, YapzOr may not be leaving the team for as long as some fans would anticipate.
Furthermore, several sources claimed that the Dota 2 player’s health might be critical. He hasn’t yet made public the specifics of his condition, though.
Likewise, his absence from the team’s opening game of the tour against Alliance was initially revealed by Secret on June 12 as being caused by “unforeseen health issues.”
When Is YapzOr Planning On Returning? Team Secret Looking For Replacement
Since the beginning of the DPC’s Summer Tour regional league in Western Europe in June, YapzOr has been unable to play with Secret; Zayac has filled in for those games.
With Zayac as a new member, the team will play its remaining and upcoming games. With a current record of 2-3, Secret is currently tied for the fifth position in Western Europe with Goonsquad and Gaimin Gladiators.
Likewise, the squad seems to have little chance of earning a direct invitation to The International 11 (TI11) and the Arlington Major.
The extensive list of issues affecting Secret this season is only made longer by the fact that YapzOr will be gone for the foreseeable future.
YapzOr, who joined the team in May 2017, had the second-longest tenure of any player on Secret’s roster, only behind the captain and original member Puppey.
