Newcastle-resident Stacey Pentland died after a multi-year long battle with Lymphoma cancer.
The news of her demise was confirmed via her TikTok account stating she passed this afternoon at 20 to 2. The video was posted on the 18th November.
Followed on the platform with over 200k followers, Stacey Pentland had started using TikTok since April 2020. She shared the details of her illness and constantly provided the awareness through her short videos.
The obituary of the deceased is yet to be published as well. Her family has asked for the privacy at this difficult time.
Meanwhile, Covid-19 played a massive role in her demise as well. Pentland was contracted with the virus in January 2021 which led her cancer spread faster than the usual rate.
