The duo continues to perform together on occasion, and their most recent show was at the Ozark Empire Fair. The unfortunate reality is that things did not turn out well for them in the end.
D-Roc was taken in an ambulance to the hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment for his injuries. The fact that the event continued as planned despite D-state Roc’s backstage suggests that the management may have been less concerned about the situation than they otherwise would have been.

During a weekend performance, one of the Ying Yang Twins passed out from exhaustion and had to be helped off the stage.
The Twins were performing at the Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield, Missouri, when, approximately thirty minutes into their act, D-Roc suddenly collapsed on the floor of the stage. The man was escorted off the stage by security when they ran up to him and assumed he needed medical attention.
Vanilla Ice was the main attraction at the concert, but the Ying Yang Twins were there as a special guest performance.
It is not clear what transpired with him at this point. Because his body temperature was in the 80s, it does not appear that he was suffering from heat exhaustion. We are not aware of whether or not he was sent to the hospital, nor do we know how serious his condition is.
