Pat was moved to Smackdown as he was the color commentator on the Friday Night Smackdown program who was replacing Pittsburgh native Corey Graves after Graves returned back to Monday Night Raw.

The audiences and fans untangled something was going wrong between Corbin and Macafee. Corbin was very furious and expressed his disapprobation with Macfee and also he makes fun of Pat on commentary and intimidates him to take a lesson inside the ring.
