Kevin Perez, 18 years old teen was arrested with murder charges after he shot Hernandez. There were other cases of shooting in Washing Heights and another part of the area.
According to the police, Perez was arrested for possessing guns and weapons on November 13, 2021. Later it was said that he used those items for his music video.
However, the police confiscated the items. His arrest warrant is circulating on social media, especially on Twitter. It is ironic how these young teens are armed and causing crimes.
He is said to be a rapper and known as Kay Flock or Kay Roy. Reddit has revealed his has and mentioned he was born in 2003. He has ruined his career sadly.

Oscar Hernandez was 24 years old young man, which makes his birth year to be 1997. Bronx, Kevin Perez had murdered Hernandez when their commotion became elongated.
Police believed that the shooting was gang-related and it was highlighted that Hernandez was a member of the Bronx-based Thirdside Gang. A gang is a group of people forming a group.
Hernandez was shot to death but, his family said the killing must be the case of mistaken identity, and that there was no connection between the deceased and the killer.
