Orrin and Orson West’s adoptive parents reported the two boys missing from the family’s Southern California yard about 15 months ago, according to investigators.
Authorities now believe the brothers were murdered by their adoptive parents months before they went missing.

Orrin And Orson’s West Case Update Today
As of the latest, the adoptive parents, Trezell, 35, and Jacqueline West, 32, were arrested this week on two counts of second-degree murder, deliberate cruelty to a child, and one count of false report of an emergency.
Kiki Hoard, the boy’s aunt, said she wouldn’t be able to grieve until their remains were discovered.
“Until they bring the babies home so we can have a decent funeral,” Hoard added, “we’re not going to have closure.”
Trezell and Jacqueline West may face 30 years to life in jail if convicted on the most serious crimes. On May 23, their trial will commence.

Orrin And Orson West Biological Parents Revealed
Orrin West, 4, and Orson West, 3, are the biological sons of Charles Pettus, whose birth names were Cinsere and Classic Pettus, respectively.
The biological family of the boys prefers that the boys be called by their birth names rather than the names given to them by their adopted parents.
The biological father of the boys filed a wrongful death case in 2018 against child protective services, the county, and the state, alleging negligence in the removal of the boys from their birth family’s custody. T
hey were fostered by the couple before being adopted in 2019.
Pettus claims that he was unable to screen the Wests as competent adoptive parents and that the defendants put the children “in an unsafe situation, which resulted in their abduction,” according to the lawsuit.
