Marshal Iwaasa, who was only 26 years old at the time of his disappearance, was last seen by his family on the 17th of November, 2019. When he did not return to his home, his worried parents and family also could not track the exact whereabouts of Iwaasa even with an intensive search. At last, they took the help of police authorities and reported this missing case.
What Happened To Marshal Iwaasa? Reddit Theories Explored
According to Global News, Iwaasa told his family that he was returning to Calgary. But, sadly after that, nothing has been seen or heard about him since then. And, this led his familiar ones to be concerned about the safety of their son.
As per one of Reddit’s theories, either Marshal burned the truck himself to commit suicide or someone might have murdered him. One of the Reddit users commented that someone might have wanted his truck to be burned completely and perhaps, this was the reason, that police weren’t able to get DNA.
Some users have noted that if Marshal wants to take his own life then why burn the truck. All the signs seem to point to a suicide beside the truck, which just makes no sense for him to burn it himself.
Another theory to what actually happened to Marshal Iwaasa was perhaps he was mixed up with drug dealing and pissed someone off, which led others to take revenge on him. The things about burning the truck, it probably might be the work of someone else.
Likewise, A Reddit user Marserina also came up with her own theory stating that the case is leaning towards foul play. The burnt vehicle in a remote location, strange items that are known to be stolen by criminals, and the burnt passport are the main reasons that she suspects that someone was involved in this incident.
