What happened to Mark Latham?

As Mr. Latham talked about parental rights and religious freedom at a church gathering, more than a dozen LGBT protestors were attacked by hundreds of men.

Mr. Greenwich described Mr. Latham as a “disgusting human being” who may do “vast damage to our state” in an essay.

The tweet from March 22 received a “Disgusting?” response from Mr. Latham at about 10 a.m. on Thursday, followed by a graphic and homophobic comment.

Openly homosexual and married to his longtime partner, Mr. Greenwich stated he didn’t want to reply to the now-deleted post personally.

He issued a statement saying, “I realize this tweet has been removed, and I don’t want to engage with the topic further.”

Working with the majority of the parliament’s members who support the LGBTQ community will be my main emphasis as we advance significant reforms.
