Jurgen Klopp’s appearance on the field without his trademark glasses has piqued the interest of his fans, who are curious as to what happened to his eye.
He had undergone a minor intervention in the eye to solve his problem of eyesight. He explained that it wasn’t lasering or anything, but it allowed him to see clearly without glasses at the time.
Just like every one of his fans finds it difficult to confront him without his signature glasses, Klopp finds himself strange without them.

But for the time being, we must face Klopp without his glasses. He goes on to say that he might need another. And when that happens, he’ll reapply his glasses.
Liverpool supporters took to Twitter to express their feelings about Klopp’s new look.
‘Jurgen Klopp without glasses is like Superman without a cape,’ one fan tweeted. It just feels strange.’
‘It will take some time to get used to Klopp without his glasses,’ said another Reds fan.
‘I’m seeing Jurgen Klopp without his glasses tonight,’ May Elmi tweeted. Is this a new look for him, or has he broken them yet again?! LOL.’
Jurgen Klopp Laser Eye Surgery Revealed
Jurgen Klopp revealed that he received eye treatment, which he clarifies is not laser eye surgery. He had a problem in recent years, and his glasses could no longer correct his poor vision, so he had to have minor surgery.
As a result, he no longer has to wear glasses for day-to-day activities.

He elaborated that he may need them for very long distances. And now that the light is deteriorating, we play a lot of floodlit games, it’s essential.
Klopp admits that it is difficult to adjust to because he is suddenly seeing shadows and other things that he does not normally see while wearing glasses.
“It’s perfectly fine when you can’t see your face when you take off your glasses, he added. And now being able to see everything is just overwhelming for him.
Jurgen Klopp Discuss What’s Wrong With His Teeth?
Jurgen Klopp openly discussed the previous treatment he has received, including on his teeth. He was having some inflammation on his teeth for which he needed some antibiotics.
He explained, “I went to the dentist because I was warned that if I don’t visit the doctor it will get worse.”

Klopp has been prescribed some antibiotics and medications. And he is fine now.
He jokes that he asked the dentist if he had a crown in his teeth like Bobby Firmino’s, who has world-class teeth. Though the dentist agreed, he did not do so and returned with his own teeth.
Klopp also admitted in 2013 that he had work done on his receding hairline, saying, “Yes, it’s true. I had hair transplant surgery. And don’t you believe the outcome is really awesome?”
