Tricia Wayne and her husband JJ Da Boss were in a very dangerous accident while shooting for Street Outlaws: America’s List in January 2022. Meanwhile, both street racers are recovering and finally getting back on track.
The accident occurred after JJ’s truck caught fire, and he lost control of the truck. Then he struck Tricia. He then struck Tricia’s vehicle, which was supposedly The Hummingbird. This caused the vehicles to crash into the line of several parked vehicles. After the incident, Tricia and JJ of Sreet Outlaw were brought to the hospital.
It was confirmed that JJ had burns on his hands and face, and his wife had hurt her hip. Tricia was claimed to be in critical condition in the post, and she had to undergo successful surgery.
On a Facebook video posted in April, Tricia said they were slowly walking. Meanwhile, they both have gotten back on track and had a steady recovery looking at their Facebook profiles.
Tricia Wayne Accident And Injury Update
Tricia Wayne had shared a Facebook video detailing what happened in the accident on April 1, 2022, after months of no updates. After thanking supporters for their support following the incident, she revealed that she and JJ had lost movement for months and had both previously had two screws removed from their legs.
The pair is now doing considerably better, spending more time on their feet and returning to racing. JJ was seen working on a car on Tricia’s live broadcast and looked to be in high spirits, and a later video posted the next day showed Tricia and JJ at an actual racetrack preparing to race.
