The reality TV personality, 41, used her Instagram story to thank the NHS for taking for her lover, 48 after he was involved in a serious workplace accident.
Rami, who has been photographed wearing an eye patch while awaiting the treatment, appears to be suffering from a painfully damaged and bleeding eye.
It is known that during his work, Rami had severely injured his eye and nose and it was Gemma who informed their fans about him requiring surgery.

It was only yesterday night that their followers knew about him being alright when she posted an update on Rami’s progress which also made it clear that he had finally returned home.

Rami Hawash, 48, owns an auto repair shop in Romford, Essex.
He has been on and off with reality personality Gemma Collins since 2011, and they are now engaged.
