What Happened To Carlos Sainz Today? F1 Racer Crash In Qualifying Round
Carlos Sainz had suffered a crash in the qualifying rounds at Imola on April 24, 2022. After being pushed into the gravel trap, he was unable to get going again.
After starting the race in fourth place, Sainz was in an excellent position to contend for a podium at the very least before the incident.
As we see in the replay clip, Sainz’s vehicle was slightly ahead of Daniel Ricciardo. The accident occurred when Sainz was pushed by Ricciardo, ultimately, leading them into the gravel path.
Like Sainz, Daniel was also unable to recover his wheels. Meanwhile, Sainz was spotted angrily saying: “Ricciardo hit me.” to his crew.
Meanwhile, Ricciardo has stated unequivocally that he was not to blame for feeling contact from behind. He said on team radio: “I got pushed into Sainz.”.Nonetheless, by God’s goodness, the two did not sustain any harm.
Interestingly, Carlos Sainz’s latest crash has come out two weeks after he crashed in Melbourne. Back, then he had crashed out in the Lap 2. Following the crash, the racer had stated that there was an issue starting his car, which had left him P9 on the grid.
